Hunting dates: 2023 / 2024 Based on availability. Hunting dates to be determined in 2023, 2024 between winning bidder, and Wildest Safari's International.
Logistics: Fly into Hosea Kutako International Airport / WINDHOEK ( WDH ) Airport which is the capital of Namibia. Once landed in Windhoek Airport our local staff will meet you and transfer to the lodge, is one and a half hour drive.
Lodge Accommodations: Luxury chalets with warm water, electricity, heaters and comforters. Experience nature on your doorstep, wake-up refreshed in the morning and watch as oryx, hartbeest and warthog graze around the camp at night. All the chalets face a permanent waterhole, 50 meter away where game
come to drink water at night. The accommodation includes three meals a day, snacks, refreshments, daily laundry service, cell phone reception and wifi (internet) services.
Hunting Area:
Hunting dates: 2023 / 2024. We have over 100 000 hectares of hunting area. Mostly spot walk and stalk. Most of the hunts are Two on One guided. We use 4x4 trucks to move in between the hunting areas and then we spot and stalk. Sometimes we travel between 10 to 30 minutes to different hunting areas. Some areas we have are mainly for bow hunters where we have blinds over water holes and baits.
Booking Terms and Conditions: ( Please read carefully):
A deposit of U$ 500 Per Guest to confirm Dates. This deposit will be credit towards: Government tags per trophy,
Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers.
Extra Trophies Not included in the Donation: Important NOTE: Our program requires that each of the 3
hunters takes at least 1 extra trophy outside the donation package. The donation is only valid for 3 hunters. A 50 % Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required to apply for the Government Trophy Tags for the Season. (If the hunter don t apply for the Tags there is a chance to be limit on other number of trophies to be harvest.) Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. Trophies that are not hunted will be refund.
Included in the Daily Rates:
Services of a licensed hunting guide .
Tracker and Skinner
Hunting Vehicle and support team
Field preparation of trophies
Delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent .
Full accommodation with catering and laundry service VAT
Not included in the daily rates:
Hunting License U$ 150 per Hunter
Cost per animal hunted and fees for animals wounded and lost.
Rented rifle ( U$ 25 per day. Ammunition will be charged extra) Any damages to the rifle or accessories will be charged to the clients account at replacement cost
Transport from International Airport to lodge and back. (U$100 per truck Round Trip.)
Ammunition will be charged extra and is charged by the box once opened
All alcoholic beverages
Gratuities to Staff
The preparation, packing , documentation and export of trophies from Namibia by a Taxidermy
Transfers to other hunting areas or tourist attractions
Any air travel Pre- and post- safari accommodation and meals
Air charters
All other items of personal nature .
Any other tours in Namibia .
INSURANCE AND MEDICAL EXPENSES (if required).
Wounded Culling animals will be charged at the following cost for meat lost:
1. Small animals U$ 50
2. Medium game U$ 150
3. Large Game U$ 300
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. All animals taken or wounded will be charged for. Firearms and ammunition can be hired. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the Client himself.

ONLINE PURCHASE SHIPPING: A purchase of any item online that requires shipping will be fully at the expense of the purchaser. Any customs, duty or shipping charges will be borne fully by the buyer. Arrangement for shipping will be made by WSSBC through Canada Post where shipping permits, otherwise through one of our designated courier services. The buyer does have the right to arrange for their own shipping however there may be a handling fee issued by WSSBC

The Wild Sheep Society of BC (WSSBC) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals and/or companies.
Any bid made at a WSSBC auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will be taken at the auction payment table after the evening auction. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the President shall dispose of the item at his/her discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium up to a maximum of $250. Proceeds will go to WSSBC's Conservation Initiatives.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from WSSBC Auction Team for verification.

FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws.

WSSBC AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSSBC, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSSBC. WSSBC provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSSBC does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSSBC. WSSBC shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSSBC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WSSBC cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. WSSBC reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only WSSBC exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers or attendees on the expo or auction floor during our conventions. Solicitation by non-exhibitors violates WSSBC Exhibit policy and is prohibited.
